If you are going to tell me something
I’m going to hold it against you not
I’ll hold it for you
That the Universe may remember
How you shone unabashedly
That the Universe may consider
Breathing life into it-
In an amused disposition,
Befitting the spirit of eternal curiosity
And show you over time
How you DO shine unabashedly.
